Your tasks

• You will work in a modern reception environment and represent our brand internally and externally

• You will be responsible for answering, processing and forwarding telephone calls in German and English

• You will be responsible for welcoming and entertaining our customers as well as for organisational activities such as coordinating appointments, courier services, deliveries and parcel acceptance

• You will support the implementation of sales and marketing activities

• You will support our team in day-to-day business

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector or have professional experience in a comparable position

• You are service-orientated and convince with a polite and confident manner and a pronounced service mentality

• You can identify with our company and see yourself as a brand ambassador

• You enjoy working in a team, are results-orientated and reliable - you keep a cool head even in stressful situations

• You are confident in using the MS Office package and can communicate well in English

• You have a high level of commitment and team orientation

• You have strong communication and organisational skills as well as a reliable and structured way of working
