This office space is located on the Studio Babelsberg site. Please note that this is a special area and unfortunately may only be rented to companies from the film and television industry for a specific purpose. This generally includes all facilities and ancillary facilities for the technical and administrative operation of film and television. The building is conveniently located and has its own underground car park. The site is guarded by a security company and thus offers adequate protection for companies with security requirements. Well-known film and television productions have already been realised in the building known as "Studio Five". The office units are spread over 3 floors (approx. 410 m² on each floor) and are functionally equipped and partly fitted with state-of-the-art data cabling. They have various offices which can be separated or combined using lightweight construction.

Each office unit has separate ladies' and gents' toilets and a kitchenette.

Over 1,200 m² of space is available for rent on three levels (1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor).
